Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of USAStream4K (the "Service"), operated by BritStream4K LLC. By ordering or using the Service you agree to them. This text is a good-faith template and should be reviewed by a US attorney before launch.

1. The Service

We provide access to live TV channels and on-demand content for personal, non-commercial viewing through third-party player apps. Channel line-ups, quality and availability depend on your plan, your internet connection and our upstream providers, and may change.

2. Licensing

Content is distributed under license from USAStream4K LLC. You may use the Service only for private viewing. Redistribution, public performance, recording for resale or commercial use is prohibited.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are Starter (3 months), Premium (6 months), Pro (12 months) and Ultimate (Lifetime), at the prices on our Pricing page. Orders and payment are handled through WhatsApp. There is no payment form on this website. Plans do not renew automatically.

4. Lifetime plan

"Lifetime" means access for as long as the Service is operated, for the single payment. It is not a guarantee of operation for any particular period. If we discontinue the Service we will notify you and discuss a fair remedy.

5. Connections

Each plan allows a maximum number of simultaneous connections. Sharing credentials beyond your household or exceeding the limit may result in suspension.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, rebroadcast, circumvent technical limits, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan.
