Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
USAStream4K respects intellectual property and expects everyone who uses the Site and service to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. Licensing
Content is distributed under license from USAStream4K LLC. We do not host, upload or store the programming ourselves, and this Site contains no streams. If you are a rights-holder and want to discuss licensing or scope, contact us at the address below.
2. Designated agent for copyright notices
Designated agent: Copyright Agent, BritStream4K LLC
Email: contact@usastream4k.com
3. Notice of claimed infringement
If you believe material accessible through the Site or service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the agent above that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example, the page address or channel name).
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We review complete notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the account holder. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
4. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to our agent with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. If the complainant does not notify us of a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.
5. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. Trademarks
Names of devices, apps, leagues and teams on this Site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or the type of programming. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We do not use others' logos.
