Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BritStream4K LLC ("USAStream4K," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit usastream4k.com (the "Site") or contact us about our streaming service. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States.

Short version: we collect very little, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not take card details on this Site, and non-essential cookies stay off unless you allow them.

1. Information we collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, government IDs, health or financial account data). Please do not send it to us. We do not collect payment card numbers on this Site.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your questions, set up trials and orders, and provide support.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site (performance, bug fixing, understanding which pages help visitors).
• To personalize text and prefill your WhatsApp message with your city and state, if you allow it.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law, including copyright notices under the DMCA.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies, described in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies remember your choice. Personalization and analytics are off until you accept them, and you can change your mind anytime with Cookie settings.

4. Who we disclose information to

We share personal information only with service providers that process it for us under contract, and when the law requires:

• Hosting and analytics (Vercel Inc.): serves the Site and, if you allow analytics, provides aggregate page-view and performance measurement.
• Umami analytics (self-hosted by us): if you allow analytics, a cookieless, open-source tool that we run on our own Vercel account records page views, referrers, device type and button clicks. It does not use advertising identifiers and is not shared with advertisers.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): when you click a WhatsApp button you leave this Site and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
• Payment processors or wallets: if you pay, payment is arranged through the chat and handled by the payment provider you choose; it is not collected on this Site.
• Legal and safety: courts, regulators or rights-holders where required by law, and professional advisers.
• Business transfers: a successor if we are involved in a merger or sale of assets.

5. We do not sell or share your information

In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16. 6. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out: when your browser sends it and you have not made a choice, we keep personalization and analytics off. Browsers' legacy "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, but because non-essential cookies are off by default, it has the same practical effect on this Site.

7. How long we keep information

• Cookie-consent cookie: 12 months. Location cookie: 30 days.
• WhatsApp and email support conversations: for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 3 years afterward, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or the law requires longer.
• Order and billing records: as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
• Aggregate analytics: retained by our analytics provider according to its settings and not used to identify you.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia), you may have the right to:

• Know / access the personal information we hold about you and the categories of sources and recipients.
• Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising (we do none, but you can still ask), and of profiling.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it).
• Data portability in a usable format where required.
• Non-discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices or give a different quality of service because you exercised a right.

We will verify your identity by matching details you give us to what we hold, for example by replying from the same WhatsApp number or email. You may use an authorized agent, who must show written permission. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where permitted). If we deny a request, residents of states with an appeal right may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state attorney general.

California "Shine the Light": we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. Nevada: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law; you may still send an opt-out request to the email above.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site and service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Data location

Our hosting provider may process data on servers in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, note that the Site is intended for US audiences.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change is material, we will say so prominently on the Site.
